Top Goal Scorer : Ibrahim Feroz

Ibrahim has proved to be a great finisher this season finishing with 26 goals. This is a substantial amount of goals considering he only appeared in 20 games. He was in the right places at the right time and his finishing was superb.
Well Done !

Most Improved Player Of The Year : Hanzalah Adam

Hanzalah has played consistently well this season whether he was playing at centre back, centre mid or upfront. Aswell as playing in different positions for Savile, he has also had the responsibility of captaining the side and leading his team to the enthatic victories they have recorded this season. He has been at the heart of Savile Town’s team for all 20 games this season and it is his consistency and excellent leadership that has earned him this award. The players had a few words to say stating ‘Hanzalah Adam’…What a great asset he is, Not only to the club as a player but to the Huddersfield League aswell. He has blessed the Savile Town team before every game and has also blessed everyone with his intelligence on and off the field. He has showed his quality with some last minute defending at crucial times to some neat clinical finishing early and late on in games. This award had some very strong candidates but no player could of deserved this as much as our ‘Roy Keane, Hanzalah Adam !’

Manager’s Player Of The Year : Yahyah Patel

This award was given to Yahyah Patel for excellent performance on and off the pitch. Yahyah is a great role model for younger children who are willing to play football in the future for Savile. Yahyah missed a couple of games, but still put the effort in, in the games he did play for Savile. Yahyah may not be the ‘Ferdinands or the ‘John Terry’s’ but he is still a Savile player and thurally deserves this award. Well Done !

Player’s Player Of The Year : Umair Patel

The players voted Umair to have this award as he is the most intelligant player both on and off the pitch. At the beggining of the season Umair was one of our best strikers but as the season went on Umair gradually became a central midfielder along side the ‘most improved player’ Hanzalah Adam. Umair may not be the tallest player on the pitch but he sure can show the opposition what he is made of in the central of the park. Well Done !
